The BLUE contacts are your regular contacts that can be accessed by all the applications on your phone if you wish. This information is not protected. They are easily accessible by a third party, whether it is your provider, an application that you have installed on your phone etc...
The RED contacts also called CONTACT-S or SECURED CONTACTS in MIS1 ARE ACCESSIBLE ONLY THROUGH MIS1 and IN MIS1. Your contact information is secure and protected. Other applications on your phone cannot access it. This data IS CRYPTED AND SECURED!
